The so called spa does not wor... read more Everything that is described about the hotel is not true. The restaurant is not open at lunchtime. The steam room is not working. The so called spa does not work in the morning. Coffee capsule BGN 3. Accommodation and food are unjustifiably expensive. We wouldn't visit it another time. We feel deceived and cheated. Don't go, you won't be disappointed. They deserve it so they don't mammoth people. Rooms: 1

They were in a room for 120... read more Terrible, some of the things may be justified by the fact that it was off season but still as they will work to maintain some level. They were in a room for 120 per night, in a room no more than 12 square meters, 1 outlet, no refrigerator, no terrace, no place to put wet towels or suitcases, there was only one meter around the bedroom, no bedside table. But on top of all that, it was cold for a spa out of the three days we were there, only one was heated, the others, the sauna didn't get more than 40 degrees, garbage was swimming in the jacuzzi, but it was cold the first few days, so it wasn't a problem. The restaurant was so cold that you had to stand with a jacket. The road to the hotel was terrible. Definitely not worth the price, there are plenty of other hotels to go to

It's just a pity that they didn't have a kitchen except for breakfast, but the hosts are very hospitable. It's cozy. They offer wonderful walks around the surroundings. I recommend for more than one evening to have a good look around. Trigrad now has a new symbol of Orpheus Peak, and the view from there is not to be missed. Rooms: 5

There is no insonorisation so you hear everything in the hotel and the ventilation is bad the smell of food was very strong in the room. The spa is nice but there were kids jumping in the spa ? Also it was closed at 8pm? The staff don’t speak english at all. Service: 4

Both rooms clean and tidy but small maintenance problems like no curtains and uneven floor. However comfortable bed. Restaurant is okay food generally good, breakfast buffet not very large but enough options to give you a good start Service: 4
