Insomma in salto verso un livello decisamente elevato per gli standard della zona. Un esemipio per tutti il reale di vitello, di una tenerezza mai sentita prima ed un equilibrio di sapore davvero magistrale. Provatelo !

Forse c'erano un numero eccessivo di mosche, ma si sa in campagna... Il servizio molto cordiale e puntuale. Ottimo il roastbeef, sicuramente da provare. Quando ripasserò in zona sicuramente tornerò a fare una visita.

This is the kind of place you truly wish was in your neighborhood and you'd be there once a week. No pomp and circumstance just real, honest ingredients and preposterously good, genius kitchen.
