This ice cream shop is the only real ice cream parlor in Triggiano, which mainly produces the artisan spumone like that of the past, what my grandfather pastry was a master in doing it. Excellent handicraft ice creams and croissants..... It closes too early, it opens too late, so making customers always stay the same, I discovered it by chance....
