I had a great breakfast there. Polite and speedy service. Good selection of breakfast options.
The pastry shop inside is really nice and the staff are really friendly but I wasn't very satisfied. I had a coffee and a Neapolitan, the coffee wasn't the best and the Neapolitan crumbled, the cream of the pasta was too liquid and it wasn't easy to eat. Maybe it was an unlucky day. The price is in line with other pastry shops.
Yesterday my family and I visited Trieste, we saw the city and its places of interest, but since the temperature was very high we stopped at your bar and refreshed ourselves with a cold Coca Cola. She was a nice waitress who served us a Coke and served us very tasty pizza for free. He behaved very kindly and professionally and was smiling. When we return to visit Trieste we will contact you. The young couple running this very modern, clean and welcoming cafeteria and bakery were charming and helpful. We enjoyed good coffee and nice cakes. It was a welcome oasis slightly off the beaten track. Prices most reasonable. Licensed for alcohol, but we preferred to stick to hot drinks on this rainy day... Not sure why this site has decided it's a restaurant when it is a bakery and cafeteria but hope the review helps.
I love this place! best muffins and coffee.
