The cuisine is based on fish mainly (which I totally love that and you can delight your taste with classic or gourmet delicious recipes. Lunch time is more casual, instead dinner is more lounge style and classy. Fabrizio is a great host: with his smile and friendly approach can enchant all the guests as well as pour wine onto pyramids of glasses for a spectacular cheers ; I recommend all the tourists to stop by and experience Primo, meanwhile I feel kinda jealous for the Trieste’s inhabitants, since they can enjoy it almost everyday...

The restaurant had not long been open. The Staff were excellent as was the food. All homemade food. We had the Lasagne good value 4 meals 6 beers and it was 44 Euros. How is that for value Hope to visit Trieste again the City deserves more than a day..
