Me and my boyfriend went for a day trip and we wanted to go to a restaurant in Opicine that a friend recommended. However, that restaurant was closed on Sunday so we were looking for another option and we came across this place. It was...a jackpot and we were so happy that the other one was closed. It’s an old school italian restaurant, simple and so authentic, with a great view over Trieste, other cities and the sea. We ordered prosecco, of course, which was really good and then the food came to the table... Oh my, you can tell that everything was so fresh and home made, the taste was amazing from the beginning to the very end. We ordered sea food mix as a cold starter, parmigiana and tortellini as a warm starter and fried calamari for the main course. We took one portion of each of these dishes and split it in half and the amount was perfect for two. We ended it with panna cotta and some coffee. We paid 50€ for all together, so the price is definitely more than fair. To sum up, this restaurant was love at first sight for us and we will for sure come back and recommend it to friends. If you like good food and enjoy little and simple things in life this is the perfect place for you.

Magnifico ristorante che si affaccia su una mega terrazza che offre una splendida vista sul golfo. In estate, si può godere di un caldo e accogliente ambiente estivo, mentre in inverno si potrebbe soffrire un po' il freddo all'esterno. Il servizio dipende dagli addetti, ma l'atmosfera è molto familiare e accogliente. Il cibo, come suggerisce il nome, si concentra principalmente sul pesce e la qualità dei piatti è molto buona. La quantità è abbondante e spesso ricoperta di salsa, anche se forse a volte un po' troppo. Il conto è stato ragionevole considerando antipasti, primi, secondi, alcuni dolci e vino della casa, ma potrebbe essere leggermente più conveniente rispetto ad altri locali simili. Alla fine, una piacevole esperienza senza particolari sorprese.

Ho solo due frittelle stasera, e ringrazio il personale e il proprietario che non mi manchera' di restituire un posto fantastico. Va bene.
