Mal in Trieste, in the old town near the port. young and modern restaurant in a medieval house. they seem to specialize in raw or mostly raw products and they know what the do. had tuna fish tars with i estimate orange/lime juice or toe, perfectly harmonized and a kind of orange/life flavor and some fruit and my friend slightly grilled tuna with sesame on avocado. both were really top notch. I strongly recommend trying. In addition, with each order comes a little greeting from the kitchen, so if you only get there for drinks (excellent craft beer) you get a little bit to crack.
