Found this little gem hidden away on a side street and wow, were we impressed. They have a very large wine list so check it out. We started with crisp, dry Prosecco that was simply delightful, red prawns (they seemed slightly undercooked so I 'd give them an OK , a bountiful green salad that tasted just picked, Main courses included Salmon with pistachios, bronzini sea bass and probably one of the best eggplant parmesans we 've ever had. Our waitress spoke English amazingly well and the place was filled with locals. It 's old and charming and you walk out incredibly satisfied. My kind of restaurant.

Four of us all ate different fish on our first visit, accompanied by the delicious house white. We were so impressed we returned two nights later, and enjoyed an equally good meal again( mostly fish, but one of us had beef), Accompanied by that 18 euro house white wine again. The service was impeccable: helpful, friendly, discrete. Not the easiest place to find. But well worth persevering to do so. Top marks
