First time I tasted a trapizzino, street food of Roman cuisine: crunchy dough on the outside, soft and light on the inside, due to the high hydration and long leavening. Super cute little place, cozy and perfect for a quick bite. My only problem was that the tiramisu was still a little frozen when they served it.
