I went there recently for lunch and was disappointed. The all you can eat menu was paltry. The quality in general, not as usual. Especially about the service I have a lot to say...it 's a shame, other times I had a very good experience...maybe I got the wrong day. A terrible experience, arrived at 7.30pm all you can eat menu, ordered 21 dishes. At 9.15pm only 9 dishes arrived. At the checkout I explained that we had to leave very politely and we were attacked and forced to pay the full price by a person who didn't even speak Italian. I strongly advise against it. 1 star because you can't give less. Embarrassing rudeness
Arrived around 12.15pm, the place was half empty. We order 12 dishes in total, waiting time for the first course is almost 40 minutes, the rest of the dishes arrive almost another 30 minutes later, one of which is also incorrect. Very cold environment. It's a shame because the food was decent but the quality of the service meant that we left without ordering anything else even though we were still hungry, because if we had to wait more than an hour again we would have risked missing the train.
