Super Bar Stella is a cosy cafe bar in the very center of Trieste. The barman is amicable and chatty and provides prompt service in a very busy bar. I had both a Select Spritz and Campari Spritz here and they were really great, with a proper balancenof ingredients in both cases. Well, ok for the occasional drink, nothing more, nothing less. Its in a hotspot, and always finds it's crowd, but more for the location, than for the service or the drinks.
