The same plate... read more I've been a regular customer for almost two years. I ordered a salad with chicken breast strips. I complained because the chicken was still raw. The same plate came back, with two pieces still raw. I sent it back again, and the same plate came back again. All the chicken pieces were almost black. I was told I had to pay for the meal because I had tasted the salad. Complaints are not welcome. I haven't been back to this restaurant since. Not recommended.

Today I wanted to redeem my loyalty card 13th lunch is FREE because I 'd eaten there 12 times in the last few months. When I went to pay, they told me the promotion had been discontinued a month ago and that they 'd informed the regulars how is that even logistically possible? . Since we 'd also planned our Christmas party there for a Friday in December and had already reserved a table in November , without receiving any notification they hadn 't taken down our number , I complained about that as well. The owner just shrugged, not even offering a complimentary espresso... The salad was also meager, with only two dry slices of white bread. It 's no wonder some restaurants close down.
