A nice place to rest for coffee. While in Trier one has to take time to rest after a long walk. We found this place suitable and refreshing, though my husband always choose for a coffee so I did. The cake and pastries were so good delicious. We were satisfied for this short stop View all feedback.
Very busy place during weekends. Not easy to find a place during rush hours. Has tables inside and outside, being this the most requested because of the location.
When you are looking for a basic, fast and cheap breakfast you're fine here. Also for all kinds of sandwiches for lunch in this bakery. Coffee is okay.
Late October in Trier can be a cold experience, so after a long day of sightseeing and shopping we just passed this place and agreed that it was time for a cake and something hot to drink. Biebelhausener Mühlen has many shops all over Germany,...and quite a few, so this review is of the one on the corner of Johann Phillip Strasse and Brotstrasse. On an ordinary Friday afternoon the place was pretty crowded, so we had to wait a few minutes to get a table for all of us. We decided to share different cakes (pear pie, something with raspberrries on to, a chocolate cake and a sweet pretzel) accompanied by coffee and tea. The cakes was really excellent and the coffee was steaming hot. The shop sells their products both for the café and to go, and the prices are quite OK, the hardest is actually choosing between all the mouthwatering produce they have on display.
Kaffee, Tasse 2,90€, Abzocke für Touristen, Tische während meines Aufenthaltes 30 Minuten nicht abgeputzt, nicht abgeräumt Nur abkassiert
Prices at Muhlen Cafe are pretty low, ate a tasty sandwich and had a good coffee, the cafe is located in a good place, with a nice view to the street.
