Bar Lemì – Cozze e Gin is a truly special venue in the heart of Tricase's historic center, perfect for those who love fresh, creative seafood cuisine in an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. Chef Ippazio Turco masterfully reinterprets traditional flavors, offering high-quality seafood dishes prepared with modern techniques and the freshest ingredients. The wine and gin list is well-curated and interesting, ideal for pairing with any course or for an evening aperitif. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the outdoor seating is perfect for a special evening or a romantic dinner. Highly recommended for those seeking a genuine and delicious gastronomic experience, with authentic Salento flavors and a touch of originality!

In addition to the magnificently furnished venue, the refined and varied menu adds to its beauty. The dishes are primarily fish-based. Finally, it's worth trying the chef's gins. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is tastefully decorated. The food is technically perfect. All the flavors of the ingredients are perfectly balanced. The combinations in the dishes are very well-chosen. I emphasize the high-quality ingredients.

I was expecting an experience, but I was disappointed. The starter crostini with chicory, anchovies, and tomato emulsion was sublime. Then came the disappointment... we sat down at 9:00 and already four dishes, including appetizers and fish main courses, were sold out... we settled for fish and chips. The ingredients were good but I wasn 't thrilled with the beef and anchovy tartare. I expected it to be a surprise. The maritati with mussels and cream of beans was excellent but lacked flair, the spaghetti with clams was good but unimpressive, and the tuna scallop with lemon was too lemony but the tuna was very fresh. The ingredients were excellent, the location was more of an experience than the dishes, and the staff was friendly but unprepared to handle our disappointment. Side note: walking through the kitchen to the courtyard was original but unsanitary.
