_ I booked a table for two people at 20:30. We arrive on time and order, spend some time (about half an hour) and ask where my order is. The waitress, the only one who knew more or less speak Italian (since it was expressed only in dialect), rather arrogant and antipathic, tells me that they lost my command. Without losing patience, we ordered another time waiting patiently. After about twenty minutes, only two measured things arrived. We waited for a 40 minutes of plentiful minutes and our requests on our order the answer was only “expected”. When we got up and went to the crate to leave with so much screaming. As I have already said, the staff is illiterate, including Italian that is expressed only in dialect, making also a bad figure, not to mention then that the dishes were served also by a child who will have had 7-8 years. Just a lot of rudeness, arrogance and weirdness. I hope that this place, if such can be defined, will lose all that unmerited popularity. Ah, a dispassionate advice: before you open a room like this, make sure you have the skills and above all, the right staff. Ever

Very friendly staff, excellent choice and selection of dishes, fast service and very courteous waiters. Parking: Parking near the restaurant inside the shopping center. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20

Nice and apparently clean place. Averagely fast service, food not really good, discreet. All you can eat which does not include desserts. Go for drinks, otherwise it would be all you can drink but, since it's eat-food, strangely they charge you for dessert separately. The flaw is the almost hysterical rudeness of some checkout and bar staff who have a rude way of acting when you make a comment (see the dessert since they don't inform you beforehand). Overall the food is not purely Japanese but a mix of Chinese. Honestly, rudeness penalizes them considerably.
