I wish I could give this place 0 star. The guys here don’t know what is customer service. Few of them don’t understand English well. Most of them got such a bad attitude. They will also either give wrong order or the order is not complete (i.e. coffee would be missing). I don’t know who is the store manager for this location but he needs to train his staff properly. Was never my favorite Dunkin ', but was close by, and did the job. I recently stopped by and was greeted by incredibly rude service. I stammered a little while ordering and the employee mockingly went um, um, um, and when I said that was rude he proceeded to laugh. I didn 't see the name on his name tag but being treated so disrespectfully means I will avoid this store whenever possible. Great job losing a customer because someone laughs at a stammer! Maybe he felt tough because it was the drive thru. It was a Monday at 4:45 PMAlso, anytime I order for in-store pick-up they never put the items out on the shelf. I see my order just out of reach behind the counter but have to ask for it everytime. I doubt that many people are stealing orders where Starbucks, Wawa, and Sheetz don 't make you ask.
Forgot part of my order the last 5 times I was there. Ordered using the app. Check your orders!
Dont come here in afternoon. Dont have donuts you want or much of a selection to choose from and the donuts they do have are hard and stale. Crossiant sandwiches, the crossiant is soggy, and the bagel sandwiches, the bagel is hard. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches from wawa are much
I have gone to many Dunkin stores. I feel this is the best one, gives my order exactly how I want and their service was so good….overall very good experience
I love this location. They always make my iced coffee right and listen to the full order. I've never had anything be less than I wanted and they're really nice!
