Cafe Santosha - Trexlertown

This café is located in the market and has a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian choices. I ordered the Indian breakfast dish with tofu, while my partner had the Santosha sandwich. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

This cafe is excellent. The food is always made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They also offer convenient "to-go" options. My only complaint is that their operating hours don't align well with my work schedule. I wish I could dine in there.

The vegan options here are amazing! they make cooking classes once per season that are for to die and have vegan options if they are not an all-eater. the suppers of the day are always some of my favorites. when they see the healthier alternatives, past for their healthy deliciousness.

This is a big caffe in healthy alternative health food shop. eat them or take them out. they also offer cooking demo and dinner nights that are fun and delicious. far and away one of the best restaurants in the lehigh valley. the reviews do not allow them to leave a 5 cow rating for a non-vegetarian restaurant or I would have. only to clarify, everything can be done on the menu vegan or vegetarian and most articles are already.

Cafe adjacent to a great health food store. There are plenty of vegan options for lunch, salads, sandwiches, soups and I recommend their specials. My favorite is the vegan brushetta...always interesting toppings that change seasonally. They don't have any homemade vegan desserts tho. Very nice lunch option.
