La notion d'auberge est bien appropriée. Le décor et l'ambiance le confirment. L'aubergiste est très avenant et ses recommandations souvent à base de produits locaux sont bien argumentées; et se vérifient à la dégustation. Endroit sympathique et hautement recommandable.
