Memmo - TREVI NEL LAZIO

I decided to visit the Altopiano di Arcinazzo, but before decided what to visit I decided where to go for lunch. I read of several places but I focused on this. A small and friendly place, the comments said. And it is real, a nice place where you can enjoy the typical food of the region. I didn't give 5 stars just cuz they can choose better Salami for the Antipasto. The pork knuckle was just amazing soft and tender, It really impress and I suggest it.

We went here with family and friends for the ferragosto holiday and we had a great experience even though there were only 2 waiters serving the full restaurant. Still they managed to serve us all together. Fair pricing and so much food we had to take some home with us for dinner! Will return again soon. The only negative was wish they had some fans running, it was a very hot 14 August!

Mostra! tutto grande nella semplicità. carbonara d.o.c, ciccia super, cicoria e broccoletti da applauso. Hanno dimenticato il pane. ma abbiamo inventato le ciambelle. e vino, naturalmente. fornire la passeggiata digestiva al sole, sui prati degli altipiani di arcinazzo, meglio di qualsiasi amaro. Buon San Valentino!

Pranzo di alto livello, spettacolare carbonara con guance croccanti, carne fritta cotta alla griglia davanti ai miei occhi... Calore restituito, morsi di castagno. Chef internazionale di Valencia.
