Splendid room, friendly staff, but the dick worries were not at the rendezvous and in this kind of land hardly explanatory (frozen roof at the restaurant, ashtray of the terrace not vids for days these really damage
A really pleasant stay in a beautiful setting. personal and pleasant care. we had booked a spa session with massage. very pleasant moment. a special mention for the jacuzzi facing the lake. Comfortable room decorated with taste, soundproof or nothing misses. animal company accepted and welcomed with small pan-sea kit. Breakfast is upstairs. we didn't test the restaurant that seems very pleasant. parking with electric charge is convenient. a good address to be made.
Amazing food enjoyed whilst having an amazing view… This small upscale restaurant nestled in the small town of Tresserve does make it worth a detour. Absolutely refreshing dishes, awakening all your tastebuds served by a friendly young crew. It really hasn’t disappointed us at all.
We recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and, in many ways, it lived up to expectations. The property itself is absolutely stunning — both inside and out. The views over the lake were breathtaking, and our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruit and plenty of choice. I also ordered two poached eggs from the hot selection, which amusingly arrived on two separate plates, each with toast but no garnish — a slightly odd presentation, but it did make us smile. However, there were some disappointing aspects to our stay. On arrival, we were told the outdoor pool was open and offering food and drinks, but when we went down we found it closed with no service available. The explanation was that there had been a storm the day before — though on the day itself the sun was shining, so this felt like a missed opportunity. Later, we also discovered that the main restaurant was closed for the entire day (apparently standard on Mondays), which is unusual for a hotel of this level. To the hotel’s credit, the new owner — who had only been in charge for a week — did step in and arrange for the pool to be opened, and allowed us to order paninis. While the gesture was appreciated, the price of €25 for a simple cheese panini was hard to justify. For dinner, we were given access to the room service menu, but the options were extremely limited: paninis again, an omelette, or a chicken Caesar salad — no fries, no burgers, nothing you might expect from a 5-star dining menu. Adding to this, when we asked for a cocktail at the bar — specifically an espresso martini — we were told they didn’t have the ingredients. Again, not what you would expect from a hotel that markets itself at this level. Overall, the hotel has great potential, and with its stunning setting and beautiful design, it could be outstanding. But at the moment, the lack of reliable dining options, limited bar service, and the inconsistencies in what is promised versus delivered mean it falls short of the true 5-star experience.
Food was good and staff was friendly. But as a fine dining restaurant it’s not really worthy or competitive. I got a reservation one week before my husbands birthday and made it clear it was a birthday dinner, yet during the dinner there’s not even “happy birthday” said or written on the plate. We have been going to different fine dining/micheline starred restaurants for occasions for 5 years, this one is the only restaurant did not care why we came and just offered as an normal dinner, and yet one of the most pricy ones. Cocktails were really good btw .
