Delivery driver is very rude. Never gets out of the car. When forced he throws the bag at you and runs off. Never again. Why should I spend my money for rude service! When I called to complain she said no it’s not safe. I asked why even offer delivery if the driver doesn’t want to deliver the food. I may not live in the best neighborhood but my complex is safe. Why none of these Chinese restaurants gives you a free drink on side nor do they give out free egg rolls on the side ... If I order over 10 dollars worth of food
I love Chinese food but this place is horrendous. The food smelled and tasted so bad that $15 dollars worth went straight to the garbage.. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Sometimes when I eat, I am pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the honey wings and I appreciated the extra honey sauce on my fries.
1st time we ordered we were thrilled. Would have rated this place a 5. 2nd time we ordered, they have lost our business. Both orders were through Grub Hub. Apparently they do not use grub hub drivers, they use their own. After waiting an hour I saw a voicemail asking if we ordered food. I do not answer numbers I don’t know; that have no identification. The GH app said the food was on its way. I called them back, and the lady on the phone said she will “send him back”. I asked if there was a problem and she said “no, I called you several Times. Just want to know if you ordered food.” Now, I have a business, and when someone sends me an order, I get all their information for delivery. So if you have my phone and address in front of you, and we are not family or friends, then it is fair to assume I placed an order. So I asked how much longer and she said 20 minutes—As long as we want it...why wouldn’t we? The language barrier was hard enough but her side conversations and distance from the phone made it even worse. If you want to use your own driver then don’t be part of GH. Our food was just delivered at 8:20 and the app said arrived at 8:05. Seriously! The food is very good, but customer service needs work.
