Krystal - Trenton

This most expensive meal I have had in years. 28 dollars for one combo and 3 chicks. Nope not again didn't help it took 30 min to get the order.

11/23: Service was exceedingly slow. I ordered 5 krystals and it took 11 minutes after I paid and 15 minutes after I ordered. Horrible with no one else in line in front of me. After waiting 9 minutes, I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. Suddenly. My food was coming up. No. As it still tool several minutes..: Service was quick for krystal standards) and the food hot. Krystal always seems to be either a hit or miss. Misses include long wait for food, >5 min, not prepared to order ex. Order ketchup only and you get mustard and pickle and realize it as you cruise down the intetstate), under cooked fries soggy and cannot stand up), etc. Will add that young lady at drive thru was very professional and polite. Will return. It takes 15 minutes from order to delivery here but less than 5 minutes at a Krystal in Louisiana?? They also raised prices so they can give a 4% discount if you pay with cash.Latest update 11/19: a miss. Drive thru order was fast then waited about 5 minutes behind one vehicle. I then pulled up and they took my money and promptly told me to pull up despite no one in line behind me. My oder was simply a few krystal and. Ten minutes later I went in to get a refund. Waited in line for a couple of minutes and asked for a refund. Was told they needed to get a manager who never appeared. Finally, while waiting on a refund, I was handed my order. They need not worry about better serving me in the future.

Always good Krystals and Fries. Service staff is always ready to serve whatever you are craving to eat.

We where passing through on our way out of town and thought we would stop by for some Krystals. We received THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received. The lady at the drive through must have really hated her job. She was not friendly at all. We where asked to move up and wait in our 12 krystals. There was one other car in line and the lobby was closed might I add. So we pulled forward as asked. We waited over 15 minutes for our order. The lady finally brought it out to us and practically through the bags at my husband. She never said a word to us but gave us a look like we had done something wrong. The food was horrible. The fries tasted old and the Krystals where just thrown together and a huge mess. We will NEVER be back to this KRYSTALS. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the Taco Bell,Wendy's or even the gas station next door.
