On this occasion, the mashed potatoes... read more This will be my final visit to Jack's. They rarely have slaw available, and they consistently forget to provide biscuits. On this occasion, the mashed potatoes were way too runny, and we didn't receive any dipping sauce at all. I'm really tired of this place and can't recommend it at all.

Got my order and inspected it at the windo... read more Another bad drive through experience. Ordered a three piece dinner, added another biscuit, added 2 “comeback” sauces. Got my order and inspected it at the window. They stare at you like you’re holding up traffic no one was behind me. I tell them I’m missing the extra biscuit and the manager sternly says “sir, it’s in the box!” I have to open the box wide and show her there’s no extra biscuit. She begrudgingly returns to the window with my biscuit and before I can say “thanks”, she shuts the window. I then drove home and opened the bag to find that they had forgotten my two sauces. Ughh! So, I call up there and tell the manager my dilemma. I was nice but I didn’t have to be. She could have cared less. I felt she wasn’t going to offer any remedy so I had to ask them if they would please put name down to receive my sauces on the next visit. Again, she begrudgingly did what I asked and took my name. I said “thanks” and she said “yeah.” What a disappointment. The food is good but the drive thru is about as reliable as McDonald’s ice cream machine. C’mon Jacks! Fix this problem!!
