Farmhouse Diner - Trenton

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and ensured that everything was perfect for us. The chef even took the time to ensure that our food was cooked to perfection. I would give this place five stars, but it could use a little tender loving care. The bathroom was freezing and had a hole in the wall.

I have been to this restaurant three times now, and the food is consistently delicious. It tastes just like homemade cooking from your grandma. I highly recommend it for this area.

I ordered the grilled chicken and found it to be dry, tasteless, and underseasoned. It was smaller than the palm of my hand, probably around 3 ounces before cooking. The BLT I also ordered had cold bacon and only about 2 and a half pieces, as well as a small tomato. Unfortunately, I had consistently bad experiences during my two visits to this place. Additionally, they were out of items both times, forcing me to choose something else. It's a shame, as I really wanted to like this place. They need to improve their offerings.

Food was amazing. I live away from home and I wanted an authentic home cook meal. This was 100% the place to go. Service was fantastic, refilled drinks consistently, and very polite.

Food served half cooked. My son ordered chicken tenders and the only part that was cooked was the breading on the outside. Gross, luckily he noticed the texture of the chicken wasn't right. When he cut open the chicken tender it was RAW. Two of us ordered meatloaf. It way they cook it left areas of raw beef throughout the meatloaf. Out of 5 meals they prepared for us, only 2 were edible. They are super nice people, but they are going to give people food poisoning. Don't waste your time or money.
