Biggby Coffee Drive Thru - Trenton

Fantastic location! The crew is always attentive and hard working, no matter who is working.Just stopped by for a drink and the two ladies working were cranking out orders, and still friendly with customers.

I love their frozen teddy bear drink. Minus expresso and add banana. ?

I cannot say enough good things about the baristas, they're always so sweet and super friendly! I have never had a wrong order and every drink has always been perfect.

Favorite Biggby in the area! I will go out of my way to come here when I can. Employees are always super friendly and cheerful. Drinks and food are always as expected.

Okay I seriously hate doing this, especially since I used to work there… But some constructive criticism is for sure needed. Since the new building was built, the service and quality has DEFINITELY gone down. They dont add whip to things that should, sometimes don’t even make the drinks with the proper ingredients in them, and have been skimping on food quality. I got a toast bagel with cream cheese and i seriously got close to zero cream cheese— seriously they only wiped the excess on mine and it is in a spot the size of a quarter of the bagel… if this was a 1 time occurrence I would definitely look the other way but it has happened more times than not since this new location opened up. I feel the staff needs a refresher training on the drinks and food. I’m sorry for doing this, hoping to change my review soon
