Finally, we could not try the apfelstrudel (apfelstrudel): a classic dessert, typical of the South Tyrolean tradition, made with a very thin rolled dough (from which the name strudel comes, which means a filling location: a little carefree, but warm and welcoming. service: very fast and punctual. mise en place: simple, but always with white tablecloths and glasses suitable for the wein we have chosen. account: in the norm
