What VINCENZO GERARDO COPPOLA doesn't like about Best Western Adige:
Bad experience.......leaving from Bergamo we couldn't wait to stay in this hotel and instead.......we booked two months before arrival and two days before arrival we receive the email from confirmation of the room booking, once we arrive on site we give our name and surname, but we are told that the hotel was fully booked!!! the only thing they told us was that they didn't know what could have happened but they didn'... We stayed at the Best Western Hotel Adige for just one night. The room booked was an executive double room with entrance to the spa included. Optimal location for our needs (but not recommended for those wishing to stay overnight in the heart of Trento) and quick and efficient check-in. Let's get to the sore points: • The room was small but overall comfortable, the real problem was the freezing temperature. When we entered the thermostat read 19.0°C, which is frankly not acceptable for a four-star hotel. It wasn't even possible to go out leaving the heating on, since it was connected to the main switch that could only be activated with a key • Very bad soundproofing. We would have liked, for once, to sleep late, but we were woken up by the absurd commotion coming from the corridor: rude guests who passed in front of our door screaming and laughing loudly; maids who cleaned the rooms next door banging on the walls as if there was no tomorrow; constant noise of vacuum cleaner • The spa deserves a separate (extremely negative) review. I understand being family friendly, but to allow access to children then you should make sure that the parents in question are willing to look after them and make them behave appropriately. However, this is not the case. The result was that we were disturbed several times by screaming brats who dived two centimeters away from us, splashing us. But the icing on the cake was seeing a 6-8 month old baby inside the hydromassage tub (I don't think I need to specify why this is highly problematic, especially from a hygiene point of view). Practically non-existent staff, cold water, cramped and crowded sauna and Turkish bath, sunbeds all occupied illegally by abandoned bathrobes. I invite the structure to review its spa access policies, because the current ones do not work and the quality of the service offered is terrible
