After waiting for 45 minutes since placing our order, we still hadn't received our food and when asking for an update, it was not provided. No notification was given that there would be a delay in our order, let alone an apology.

The supposed strong beef pho-bo broth was mistaken for warm water, weak like three lugs of tea. Disappointed, we came back hoping that the second dish would be better. But we didn't get it. The meat was tasty but unresolved.
