Very busy restaurant in huge IBIS. Limited menu; however the 1 Pizza and 1 Pasta dish we ordered were excellent. Admittedly we had to send the pasta back as it wasn't hot enough but this was handled graciously. Great baguette served with meal. A couple of reasonably priced glasses of wine complimented the meal. What tangoloco doesn't like about Sud & Cie:
We stayed at the hotel for just the night and couldn’t justify the expense of going into the city for the steak frites I crave. It’s okay; the experience was fine! The serveuse was fast and funny and the food was better than average. Husband got a tasty burger and I had a pizza that was tasty and satisfying. This is an above average airport hotel experience. We had to stand in line to get in. The pizza crust was not crispy, but then again we are New Jersey pizza snobs. Perhaps the other Italian food is good.
The menu at La Casa is straightforward; they aren’t offering exotic, nuanced food. The Caesar style salad has small pieces of ham and/or turkey, tuna chunks, 2 poached eggs, plenty of greens and some tomatoes, lightly dressed. This is anough for 2 people at roughly €13. A pitcher of house wine, choice of white, rose or red, 46cl for roughly another €9. Hardly pricey and fills the void. Not enough food, split a pizza, about €15. The food quality was way better than adequate. Service was actually excellent—seated promptly and our waitress was energetic and concerned for our satisfaction. It’s an airport hotel eatery folks and they deliver well, in my opinion.

Un décor lugubre. Du personnels gentil mais habillé en personnels de cantine.... 12€ pour le plat du jour( gratinée penné au pesto et poulet)....: chercher le poulet si vous le trouvé j'arrive. Quand au gratin ... immangeable !!!! Les pâtes très sèches et très grasses et la salade d'accompagnement était fané et vielle à en voir le marron sur les feuilles.... total 32€ avec 2 verres de vin..... pour 2..... on espère juste ne pas avoir d'indigestion !!!!
Endroit, à la base, pas très charming ni sexy mais grâce à la spontanéité et l'efficacité et au sourire de Catherine ( chef de rang ce soir ) , cette soirée, en transit à Paris , a été pleines de surprise, de bonne humeur et d'amour. Vraiment, merci!
