La Cantina Del Generale - TREGNAGO

This is one of my favorite places in verona provinz. about half an hour east of verona, in the valley of illasi, to the feet of the lessini mountains, surrounded by hills with past grapes, they enter the historic villa...De winckels, named after a Napoleonic official who houses an elegant restaurant and small hotel and the rustic style trattoria cantina del generale, the general’s cellar. eating is tradition and the ingredients are of the best quality. three brothers lead the activity, let them massively suggest to them a good wine, the cantina has one of the best cellar in the province. They can also go with various weeping through the glass. for the starters they can have a local cheese plate or local cold cut plate. risottos are great, I also love their home made and own recipe bigoli del fameo. that is very good. with dessert you can taste the alpiane dessert wine. great experience every time!

It was just a great experience! the architechture this place is excellent(it has some centuries and it is very well integrated with the modern enoteca) the weine there is only waiting for them!

Very good restaurant with excellent appetitüglers and classic dressed from the opposite. while the appetizers are very plentiful, the main dishes are somewhat less rich.
