Bravo for this passionate self-taught that made us discover his brewery. For me the Rouzic is very good as a refreshing beer. I was a little disappointed by the Deer because it was not strong enough according to the idea that I am making a brown beer of guard. I didn't feel the 9% alcohol present. But the Monk is excellent!
