What AlessandroUSA MI doesn't like about All'angolo:
Since it has few table available it is a good place for an intimate dinner however the menu' and the level of the dishes it is not that great. Steer clear from the appetizers and focus just on the pasta. The owner is also the cook and I doubt he cooks everything fresh View all feedback.
The corner is that part of the plane between two semi-rects that have the same origin, but it is also a secluded and hidden place. the restaurant of the corner, is located at trecastagni, at the slopes of the etna, and is that corner where they converge and meet the love for good food and the search for the detail. we go on 9 March, a Thursday, and, crossing the door, time dilates and immerses itself in serenity, simply. the perni chef and the lady maria welcome us with open arms, like two perfect hosts. our table is already ready and trumpet close to the fireplace already up, creating a warm atmosphere. the menu is a handwritten notebook and handed down from the past. the excellence of raw materials and the imagination of the chef guide us in the choice: appetizers wandering all over Italy between cheeses, meats, fresh and dried tomatoes, and freshly baked bread, and peaches; fettuccelle almonds, and presbyter hats in carob sauce, and again, ombrian to capers; and finally, sorbets with oranges and pistachio ice creams, and orange apple pies, each dish has in itself an ancient tradition: the perni chef comes out of his “reign” and reaches us in the “land of the middle”, where he tells us, and takes us with him on his bike tours, following a super wagon of good and genuine things, the result of a meticulous work and an exhausting research of producers, who pour, every day, their love in the earth. and it is the same love that we find here, the same innate passion, made of waits, of patience, of seasonality; made of souls that meet, of stories that hand down, of lives that intertwine. and it is the same magic, which perpetuates, on our palate, to the first goto of every fantastic dish and flows, in our throat, to the first sip of a wine with the color of the amber. It is the same magic that we find around us in every furniture, in every word that whispers to us the lady maria when she explains the dishes, when she lists the ingredients, the same that we find in every her studied and elegant move, but at the same time simple and natural. the same class that then breaks from every gesture of the chef pins: It is home, it is emotion, it is excellence, it is gratitude.
Great food prepared with care, efficient and friendly table service. cozy and refined dining room with elegant furnishings and classical background music, only lighting. excellent value for money. to recommend!

Serata in famiglia sentendosi a casa. Atmosfera elegantemente rilassante il titolare... L'amico di sempre. Da ritornare, sempre!!!
Beautiful authentic Italian cuisine and personal, smiling service from Marella the host. We went twice! The Florentine beef for two delicious, also the pasta with almond pesto everything, in fact. Great wine; antipasti generous and correctly portioned. The most incredibly lemony homemade lemon sorbet I have ever tried.
