I can judge “only” about accommodation or room rental and that’s enough! The most dirty room I've ever seen in my life! Hair in the shower from the pre-rent, very much dust and spider weaving, the heating has not properly heated, according to the owner's own statement, the bed linen is changed only every 2 weeks, working areas of the hobs greasy and so on.
