Bazzie's Beach - Feedback

We had the pleasure of staying at the Bilmar last week. This casual resort was perfect for us. The price was right and the staff was so nice and accommodating. My only complaint was that the pack n play they brought smelled like it had been stored in an ash tray and did not have the appropriate size pad for sleeping. We were told one price and charged another. We called while there to ask about the charge and were told it was for incidentals and would fall off. A week later we were told they forgot to charge us tax(even though we paid resort fees and the upgrade fee on another charge that included tax)and that is what the charge was for.This is unacceptable to lie and then not correct the issue.
