Qdoba Mexican Grill - Traverse City

Walked in to get some lunch. Have never been to this location. Stood at the counter for at least ten minutes looking at the board, waiting for assistance. 3 people behind the line, nobody acknowledged me, let alone offered any help. Some teenagers walked in and went to the far side, (apparently you order there?? Female employee went over started talking to them. I did there for a couple more minutes, then finally left when another customer came in and was waited in before me. Apparently I was invisible, or they just didn't want to take my order?? Oh well.... Spent my money elsewhere.

Good service consistent with expectations. Food reasonably fresh and fast no complaints.

Disappointing, honestly. There isn't a Chipotle around here, so we tried Qdoba. Both times I have went in I have been very disappointed. You pay for something and you don't get everything that's supposed to come with it. We had to go back up and ask for multiple things that we didn't get that we ordered. We ordered through the app the second time and I ordered a veggie burrito and I literally only got rice in a tortilla. I added the toppings that I wanted and that's what I ended up with. Half of my kids stuff were missing from their meals, I was missing stuff from my meal and my husband's. Paying $60 for dinner and having over half of it missing is pretty disappointing. We filled out the survey and asked to be contacted by email, and nobody has contacted us. It's definitely not worth the cost or the experience. The employees were very hard to hear and the questions they asked just confused things because they weren't being clear on what they were actually asking.

Good place to grab something quick and filling. Love when they have their mango salsa!

Absolutely love eating here. Staff is always friendly and make our food just the way we like and in a timely manner.
