Mcdonald's - Traverse City

No refills! I can't remember the last time I've ever gone to a McDonald's and been told that they don't do refills!! Not even an option of an upcharge to get a refill. You would simply have to purchase a drink over again to get more. Exceedingly out of character for McDonald's franchises or any fast food place for that matter and very disappointed. Otherwise would have been a solid four star.

I can 't believe this McDonald 's. It is actually hilarious. I ordered a medium diet coke. They gave me regular coke... honest mistake. So I went back with my receipt and asked if they could please fix it by getting me a diet coke. The employee handed me a bag of food. I said no... just a medium diet coke. She then handed me a drink with no ice and said, With no ice? Again... No. Just a regular medium diet coke with ice. Then she hands me a LARGE DR PEPPER.... I am not even kidding. My husband was laughing because he couldn 't believe how this situation was going. I gave up and left. We went to Burger King where they gave me a diet coke with ice on the first try lol.

They forgot to give us ketchup so we had to go back through the drive through. They gave us plenty and were sorry for the mistake.

Chaotic and messy burgers, but the food still tastes like regular mcdonalds. Messed up most alterations i made, and the drive-through person was severely impatient .

We live nearby and ordered from them on and off. I just ordered a happy meal for my family and when I got the food I saw they didn 't include a toddler toy as I request instead putting in a big kid toy. When I asked if I can get a toddler toy, the employee went a fetch the store manager (at least I think he was). He came back and gave me a I don 't have any in a fk off tone, tossed the toy in a bin then walked away. Whatever he was frustrated about, he just lost a customer for life and tomorrow we 're going to report this to corporate. Big kid toys are full of choking hazards and THAT how they decide to handle the situation.
