I'm excited about the vegan options at this restaurant! We stumbled upon a veggie food truck that offers only vegetarian dishes that can also be made vegan. They even cater to gluten-free diets. I tried the Daily Bowl with chips and guacamole on Monday, and the Quinoa Salad on Tuesday - both were vegan and delicious!
