Domino's Pizza - TRAVELERS REST

The pasta was exceptional, cooked just shy of al dente, which is our preference, and it was wonderfully creamy, making it a delight to eat. The pizzas were also deliciously cheesy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the delivery arrived. The driver introduced himself, which was a nice touch, and he was friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. We plan to make this a Saturday night tradition, hoping for the same quality food and service. And the best part? We have leftovers!

I have been eating at this dominos off and on over the past few years. I have noticed a big difference this last month. Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas and some bread and molten lava cakes. My husband picked up the order and received browniesinstead. I was extremely bummed as this was a big splurge since my husband went out of the country today. The pizza was amazinghowever so we were very thankful our date wasn't a complete bomb. On my way home from work today I went back to the store toreturn the uneaten brownies. The new manager was very apologetic and made every effort to make up for the lack of cakes. I willdefinitely be recommending this dominos to my friends and family!

I ordered 3 extra large pizzas. They are supposed to be 16 . They measured a little over 14 . I I would have paid them for large pizzas but the manager called me a cheat and ordered me out of the store.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed a $40 order for pickup and waited at the window for five minutes after the app indicated my order was ready. Despite honking my horn, no one came to assist me. I could see my order waiting on the shelf. Eventually, I had to call the store to get someone to come to the window. When he finally showed up, he was quite rude (a large guy with a ponytail), offered no apology, and abruptly slammed the window in my face while I was speaking. I asked the delivery driver outside for the franchise owner's name, but he only provided the first name, Aesop, and refused to give the last name. When I got home, I discovered that the pan pizza was undercooked— the dough was still partially raw, and the brownies were burnt. I won’t be returning.

When I finally spoke to the manager, I was accused of using profanity during my previous call, which I denied. The manager did offer to make a new pizza for me to pick up. So I went to the store. Upon arrival, I reiterated that I hadn't cursed at anyone and asked the manager to review the call audio, but he said he might not be able to retrieve it. While I was there, I noticed the rest of the staff outside the store, being loud and disruptive. The manager essentially suggested that it would be best if I didn’t return to that location, and he excused the employee's behavior by stating she had been there for two years and wouldn’t just make accusations. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service. I didn’t expect to be accused of cursing when the restaurant had messed up my order and made me wait nearly three hours for it.
