20320 Alaskan Grill - Trapper Creek

Fresh salmon blueberry glazed with sauce on the side served with potatoes and green beans. The salmon was very thin, tasteless and overcooked. I don't think it was freshly caught when I tried freshly caught salmon and other fish before and you can taste the salt of the ocean. The French cut green beans looked like they were from the can, which were also reheated without taste. The potatoes were good and the garlic bread was excellent. The price tag of the salmon is not worth it. My husband ordered Prime Rib good taste, but undercooked. He ordered medium and medium was rarely served. The server was very attentive and kept the table clear. No great experience.

This culinary experience came to a delightful start, A young lady with bright died red hair said that you will be able to put me in just a little. I waited for 15 minutes and then approached the reception and said there was a little problem with seating. Then I sat in 50% filled dining room. Angelo my waiter was able to turn the night around his service was promptly friendly and genuine. The food came out immediately and was quite delicious. The Rao cheesecake recommended by Angelo was super recommended to try it.

We arrived at 9:00. They sat at a table in the back. We asked a stand on the window that was open. Server (Stella) said that there is no service due to the staff. I spoke to manager (Cindy) she said that tables were put in order. When we talked to Cindy immediately, the same server (Stella) sat another group on the table I had just requested. Very disappointed that our reasonable request was not honoured. In our opinion, we were disdained blatantly. Totally unacceptable.

This place was ok. Cool atmosphere but food is average. The outdoor space is real nice with a bar and someone on standby to add wood to the fire.

Service was good, but when you place warm scrambled eggs on cold breakfast potatoes, you can guess what you end up with. $36 for two cold breakfast scrambles! Very disappointed and very over priced.
