Characterized by a firm and fragrant dough, a thorough cooking, abundant seasoning and rigorously cut into squares, it is a delicacy, whatever flavor you choose. The most typical is the rianata , an almost white pizza because it has no tomato sauce, but rather with chopped cherry tomatoes, flavored with garlic, parsley, grated pecorino cheese, salted sardines and oregano, the ingredient that gives it its name. Very tasty. Also worth trying are the vastatase potatoes (which means vulgar , slightly spicy baked potatoes topped with tomatoes and stringy mozzarella! The spartan service with paper tablecloth and disposable cups is also rigorously typical, as is the patience of those waiting. For this reason it is advisable to book. It has to be taken into consideration but it is absolutely worth it! However, the staff were very quick and attentive, even though the place was crowded. Congratulations and thanks again!
