We were guests of the hotel room of Andrea, and we thought to try this restaurant carefully chosen among the many at least once during our weekend in trapani. w... read more We were guests of the hotel room of Andrea, and we thought to try this restaurant carefully chosen among the many at least once during our weekend in trapani. we have housed in the inner courtyard (the court) of the platamone palace, which seems a spacious, clean and reserved environment accompanied by a pleasant symphony of background. we opted for fish courses: tips to start the front of the joint appetizer for two people, which then was chosen also at the two tables next to our. excellent spaghetti with eggs of san pietro and beaten with raw shrimps, and also bust with pesto alla trapanese. all the fresh, decisive and well balanced flavors at every reach. the staff of the room is fast, friendly and caring. worthy of praise the homemade pastry products from them of which the hotel provides for the excellent breakfast offered to guests.
