We ordered 5 aperitivo and waited a bit to be served, as the waiter arrived with the drinks he tripped and spilled them all on us and on the table, he barely said he was sorry. We moved to another table and waited another bit to be served; as we finally drank our drinks the waiter came by and asked us to pay, interrupting us. No one even tried to say sorry again nor they offered us something to “repay” us for the trouble. Extremely rude

I have visited this place both for breakfast and aperitivo but I have to admit that Trani has much better places where you can have it

We stopped here because of the location, we ordered two salad and waited one hour to be served. The ingredients were different from those written on the menu. The food was industrial and awful. The staff was a bit rude and not professional. They didn't accept credit cards as the reader was not charged. Terrible experience.

The must place to sit and have an iced coffee and watch the world go by. Great views of the town and harbour. The location says all you need to know about it.

My wife and I recently had lunch at L'altro Molo on the waterfront port of Trani and it was one of the best meals that we had in our month long holiday in Puglia. It was Republic Day, a warm 27C, and Trani was busy so we decided that our best opportunity was to find somewhere nice to eat before the locals started eating around 1:30pm. At 12:15 we chose L'altro Molo because it looked fresh, clean, smart and the outdoor tables had an unrestricted view of the port harbour and the surrounding buildings. We were warmly greeted and allowed to choose our table which was shaded with an umbrella. We found the menu and bar prices to be most reasonable and had an absolutely enjoyable meal. A cover charge of 1.5 euros pp, and a generous sized basket of excellent bread. A very nice bottle of Puglia's rose was 12 euros, a 50cl bottle of Moretti beer was 3 euros. We shared 3 excellent seafood appetisers, and then shared a huge seafood platter which cost 20 euros. There was a range of generous portions of fish, and crustaceans, which were grilled. All very fresh, and generous portions. We finished our meal around 3pm, at which time there was a queue for tables as the restaurant had been full since 2pm. There are also tables inside, it all looks very new and up-market so I am guessing that was previously known as a bar has had a re-fit and re-launch. The toilets were clean and well maintained.
