And, his wine selection is excellent. If I only had 1 meal in Trani, it would be here.

Refined, highly creative cuisine at its best, “narrated” by a charming and committed chef. Extraordinary eggplant and pasta dishes, so good we never got to secondis. Lovely setting in the heart of the old quarter, short walk to the sites. Definitely recommended.
