Was Anonym at Dooly's a mag?
What can one say about Doolys? It's an institution isn't it you never leave Tramore without your bag of chips from Doolys. Just one gripe, the afternoon chips are a real let down. One would expect, especially as they've just opened for the day, that the chips would be fresh and delicious. Instead you get a box thet feels like it's been made ahead of time and just reheated. the chips are cats, other foods like burger and fish are good, but not the chipper that it once a few yr before, service is fast, what is a plus, they always have a lot of personal on so no wait even in big queues. still the best in tramore as the others are completely dirty View all feedback.

Lovely, lovely cod! Chips were nice (not the best i’ve had but still very enjoyable) Cod was a showstopper, through! I love crispy, greasy cod covered in salt and vinegar but can understand it not being everyone’s cup of tea- personally I ate it up. Quite expensive, €12 for fish and chips whereas it’ll only be around €8 in my home town. Lovely staff

I’ve always enjoyed fish n chips here. Doolys has become an institution. Last Tuesday the three of us got fish n chips and the chips were excellent however the fish was small and not crispy and served with a plastic fork. Plastic forks! It’s 2023 and plastic isn’t appropriate for a chipper next to the sea where people sit and eat and eventually throwing them out…
