This was my first visit to Subway and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer pizza as well! Despite not being a huge pizza fan, my friends and I decided to try both sandwiches and pizza to satisfy our munchies, and it was delicious! We ended up going back the next day for more. During my month-long visit to Vancouver Island and a week in the Okanagan, I was thrilled to discover another Subway location with pizza (which I had been hoping to find). I really hope that pizza becomes a permanent menu item at all Subways soon. As for the sandwiches, I have a small complaint. Why do they always leave the ends of the footlong sandwiches empty? I'm a vegetarian and always order a veggie footlong, so I wish they would load up the veggies at the ends or at least include some lettuce. This was not an issue specific to this Subway location, as I have noticed it at other Subways I visited last year. The staff at this Subway was friendly, efficient, and the restaurant was quite busy.

I have spent many years eating at Subway restaurants. They offer a lot of food for a good price. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not satisfying. Unlike other Subways, where they generously pile on the toppings, this location skimps on ingredients. You won't find a generous amount of olives here. I don't think I will be returning.
