Went to the store today around 16:30 ordered fish and chips. They said it would be 5 mins. I was on a call so waited outside was the only customer in the shop.... read more Went to the store today around 16:30 ordered fish and chips. They said it would be 5 mins. I was on a call so waited outside was the only customer in the shop. They had asked me if I want salt and vinegar and I said plenty. After a while the called out my order trusted them to deliver so did not look when I got home the cod was freshly done but the chips were barely hot and appeared re heated . I called the store to complain the lady who Answered the phone argued with me and basically said I was lying. Instead of listening to me and apologist about my poor experience they argued with me then started discussing me with her colleagues in store while I was on the phone and then hang up. When I called back they did not answer.
