Despite waiting for over 25 minutes, the cu... read more I ordered a pizza this past Saturday and unfortunately, the restaurant mistakenly gave my pizza to another customer. Despite waiting for over 25 minutes, the customer who received my pizza opened the box and took a slice before realizing it wasn't their order. I witnessed the whole incident from outside, and a minute later the individual brought the box back to me. I refused to accept it, and when the staff offered to make me a new one, I declined, as I was concerned about the hygiene and safety of the food after it had been opened and touched by another customer. I was disgusted by their lack of proper health and safety measures, and even though their pizzas may look nice, I couldn't trust what was really going on behind the counter. I felt so sickened that I decided to leave without eating the pizza, wasting £13. I will never return to this place due to their poor health and safety standards.

Due to the location it would be lovely to sit there and watch the world pass by. Pizza base had a lovely woody flavour , great Varity of pizza toppings . Up market pizzas for the refined pizza eater !! Staff are lovely and chatty too . We popped in at around 10.45pm, they were due to close, there was no issue making us up two pizzas or rushing us out the door . Big thumbs up

The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and lovely that you will definitely want to go back again. I went there with my friend and we have been delighted of everything. The pizza tastes absolutely amazing and everything is handmade, with authentic and fresh Italian ingredients...Vincenzo maked pizza's for us...he's very professional and friendly thanks Vincenzo!!
