Came here Tuesday 22nd, as my normal place was closed, thought I’d give it a try after not having a meal from here for a good few years as it used to to terrible, got my meal, took it home, the somosa was hard and burnt, and the main meal was terrible, I threw it away, straight away i remembered why I stopped going all them years ago, when it was called lotus house and new Ying wah was in the village, this place should do timperley a favour and close its doors for good, I will never ever have a meal from here again, least I was throwing up this time, maybe because I did bin it,
Our visits to see friends in Timperley is always complimented by food from the Lotus. The 7 of us had different dishes from the menu and none of us were disappointed. A word of advice is that the portions are extremely generous and in future we will be tempted to share to avoid waste.
Very nice food and quick service....My favourite Chinese in Altrincham. Recommend the salt and pepper chips.
Consistently the best in the area. Excellent ingredients, great flavours and lots of meat in the meat dishes. If taking delivery you sometimes have to wait but it's worth it.
