I work at selfridges, and so I'm just looking for a break and timings everything. when it is busy, I know now, only to park and collect, then go instead of waiting in the waiting queue of several appetizing. the personal is fantastic friendly team and so courteous. I wish I had the same customer service and the service in my local estate on the hyde street.

The delivery was also late, and the customer service was terrible, with only half of the payment offered back as compensation. This kind of service is unacceptable for a business of this size.

When I arrived, the man working rudely interrupted me while I was trying to explain my order and directed me to the next window. Upon reaching the second window, I was told to come inside to collect my food, even though it was already prepared and could have easily been handed to me through the window. My meal only had about 5 chips and very small pieces of chicken. The staff inside were also rude.

He said “it will probably get refunded in 5 days” but wasn’t sure. Absolutely diabolical service. DO NOT PAY BY DEBIY CARD DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE APP. It’s cost me over £100 for a bucket of chicken and there’s not a damn thing I can do about it.

No dips delivered t... read more Ordered tea from here for a Friday night treat. Never again! Gravy was from 3:30pm (delivered to us at 8pm). Ordered a dipping boneless box. No dips delivered to do the dipping, even though four are supposed to be included. Large bottle of sprite wasn 't delivered, even though it 's supposed to be included. Chicken was lukewarm, soggy and undercooked. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer, so I gave up after three attempts of letting it ring out. For the cost of £34 the food is unacceptable. The cheek of not delivering everything we paid for is just further insult. Don 't bother wasting your money. You won 't be 'loving it ' and neither will your wallet.
