What 558jab doesn't like about Kfc:
The food was absolutely diabolical, the bread was stale, the chicken was burnt to within an inch of its life, the salad was slimy, had we of not had it delivered and been given that whilst inside the restaurant we would have given it back and demanded a refund, I wouldn't have given it to our dogs to eat,the place wants shutting down for serving such rubbish. Excellent fresh food. I had the colonel box menu. three pieces chicken chips and a drink for £4.99 delicious!
Better than it has a right to be! always faster service, fresh food and friendly staff. the best kfc I've ever had. whatever they do, they do it right.

Really fast service, unless its 4:30 6pm when the journey through is too busy. but no mistake in the restaurant, and only a case of too many people who want to use the services at the same time. I work at selfridges, and so I'm just looking for a break and timings everything. when it is busy, I know now, only to park and collect, then go instead of waiting in the waiting queue of several appetizing. the personal is fantastic friendly team and so courteous. I wish I had the same customer service and the service in my local estate on the hyde street.
I’ve just been ripped off by KFC in Trafford Park. They’ve taken my payment three times. I asked for the Manager who told me there’s nothing I can do. He said “it will probably get refunded in 5 days” but wasn’t sure. Absolutely diabolical service. DO NOT PAY BY DEBIY CARD DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE APP. It’s cost me over £100 for a bucket of chicken and there’s not a damn thing I can do about it.
