I tried numerous t... read more The service from this restaurant is absolutely terrible. I have always ordered from them in the past, but now they refuse to answer my calls. I tried numerous times to reach them after receiving only 4 chicken pieces instead of the 5 pounds of chicken wings I had ordered. There was no explanation given for the incorrect order, and they continue to ignore my calls. This is completely unacceptable.

The food was decent, but I will not be returning to eat there again.

Staff have very little customer service skills, I work in the area and deciding to go here for a change, I paid £4.60 for a large Donner Meat Chips. I have been in takeaways closer to home so my expectation was set and this was delivered far from it, Donner Meat is cut into small pieces and very dry/crisp, chips were decent! Value for money wise: I didn't get very much for my £4.60 and overall I found it quite bland boring! I think it's clear that profits mean more to this Takeaway than quality of food. The Hygiene rating is also currently listed as a 2 out of 5, he doesn't display this and I only checked it afterwards.
